Who you are buying from

MRR Bench is a sole-proprietor business. The brand on this site, on your invoice and on the checkout page is MRR Bench. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (together with its affiliates, "Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. That means your contract of sale is with Paddle, Paddle handles tax, and the charge on your statement appears as PADDLE.NET* MRRBENCH.

What the subscription is

MRR Bench Pro is a subscription to a data product, not to software you install. Depending on the plan you buy, it includes: the full revenue history per tool rather than the latest figure only, the price-change record, same-day alerts when a tool in your band changes price or reports revenue, follow lists above the free limit, and data export.

Price and billing

• Pro — $19 per month, billed monthly in advance.
• Pro annual — $149 per year, billed yearly in advance.
• Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may apply a conversion or foreign-transaction fee of its own.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Paddle emails a receipt for every charge, which is the notice of renewal.
• If we change the price, existing subscriptions keep the price they were bought at until the next renewal, and we email you before any increase takes effect.

Free accounts

A free account covers a limited watchlist and the weekly digest. No payment details are requested for a free account and none are stored.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account page, or by writing to hello@mrrbench.com from the address on the subscription. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not ask why, and there is no retention call.

Refunds

Covered in full on the refund policy page: 14 days, no questions, on the first payment of a new subscription.

Acceptable use

Pro is for one person to read and to use in their own work. You may quote figures with a link back to the tool page. You may not: resell or redistribute the dataset, mirror it in another product or API, bulk-scrape the site, or share one account between several people. We rate-limit automated access, and we may suspend an account that ignores the limits. Suspension for this reason does not create a refund entitlement.

What the numbers are, and are not

Revenue figures are taken from what the founder published, on the date shown next to the figure, with a link to the source. Prices are read from the tool's own pricing page on the date shown. We do not audit, verify or estimate on the founder's behalf, and figures can be stale or wrong — every page shows the date so you can judge that yourself. The site is a reference, not investment, legal or tax advice, and we are not liable for a decision you take based on it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and the data refreshed, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If a paid feature is unavailable for a sustained period, write to us and we will extend the subscription by at least that period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially we will email subscribers before the change takes effect. The version published here is the one that applies.
